Kordopulova house

The Kordopulova House is the largest preserved Renaissance house in Bulgaria and a symbol of Melnik. Built in 1754 for the wealthy merchant and winemaker Cordopoulos, it impresses with its unique architecture, ornate facades and huge wine cellars. The house offers a glimpse into aristocratic life during the Renaissance and is inextricably linked with the Melnik wine tradition.
