Can I use the spa facilities if I am not a guest of the hotel?
Yes, external visitors can also use the spa facilities for a fee. The current price (winter 2024/2025) is 40 BGN for an adult (and children over 12 years old) and 20 BGN for children from 6 to 11 years old.
What is the temperature of the water in the pools?
We maintain a water temperature between 29 and 30 degrees — ideal for comfortable and enjoyable swimming in any season.
Do I need to book a massage in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability and a convenient time for you.
What should I wear to the SPA?
The hotel provides towels, slippers and bathrobes for guests. It is recommended to wear a swimsuit for use of the pool and thermal areas.
Is there a minimum age to access the spa area?
Access to the thermal area (sauna and steam bath) is allowed for persons over 12 years old. The pools and jacuzzi are open to guests of all ages.
