Everything was excellent, both the room and the food and the spa center. On Saturday, the pool was a bit crowded, but that's normal for all hotels on that day. The breakfast was excellent, and I had the best coffee (which is not charged extra) I have ever had in a hotel. The room is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, which I had not encountered before.

Everything in the hotel is in its place and chosen with taste and professionalism. The location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the shopping street on one side and within walking distance to Tsarevets on the other. Very responsive staff, clean and welcoming everywhere. The size of the rooms is spacious and comfortable. The view of Tsarevets is unique. The food is good and varied. They have parking close to the hotel, where they take the cars from the main entrance of the hotel. They are always available, very polite.
