We liked everything! The attitude of the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the pools, the entertainment for the children. We will definitely visit again.

The hotel is great - clean, cozy, with spacious rooms. We really liked that it is in a quiet place in nature and at the same time only 5 minutes from the park in Sandanski. The food in the restaurants was tasty, and the service both in the restaurant and in the hotel was at a high level. Everyone was exceptionally kind and nice. We were also very impressed by the quick reaction of the staff - we made our reservation just before arriving at the hotel and just a few minutes later we were accommodated in a room with a prepared baby crib and everything necessary for our baby.

Highly recommend. Clean, polite staff, beautiful and comfortable. The food was wonderful, and the service in the restaurants was great too. Very good value for money. Since I knew nothing about the hotel and made a last-minute 'blind' reservation, it turned out to be a hit right on target.

The breakfast was delicious, with a well-selected and diverse menu. The staff is friendly and responsive. The atmosphere has a touch of homey comfort and tranquility, which is needed by everyone. Everything in the hotel is in its place and chosen with taste and professionalism. The vacation was great, and we plan to share the experience with friends and acquaintances and will recommend they visit the hotel. We also intend to visit it again 🙂! The place is ideal for families with children, as well as for anyone who wants to relax and recharge from the hectic daily life!

Everything was excellent, both the room and the food and the spa center. On Saturday, the pool was a bit crowded, but that's normal for all hotels on that day. The breakfast was excellent, and I had the best coffee (which is not charged extra) I have ever had in a hotel. The room is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, which I had not encountered before.

Everything was at a high level. From the service, food, amenities especially for families with children to the overall experience. I recommend and would visit the place again!
